Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Field Operations Supervisor for our client, a leading agricultural producer in the Guadalajara region. You will direct daily farm operations, oversee planting, irrigation, harvesting, and ensure optimal yields and safety compliance.

You will lead field crews, monitor crop health, manage equipment and budgets, and drive continuous improvement across farming plans and resource use in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in agricultural field operations management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to motivate teams.
• Strong knowledge of crop cultivation, pest/disease management and irrigation.
• Proficiency with agricultural technology and farm management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental best practices in agriculture.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Guadalajara or similar regions valued.
