A global snacks company in San Luis Potosí seeks an expert to lead maintenance planning and technical mastery of manufacturing processes. Your role includes developing preventive maintenance systems, coaching line leaders, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Ideal candidates will have advanced knowledge of maintenance systems and strong leadership capabilities. As expert you will bring a deeptechnical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned MaintenanceElements ina Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. Youwill manage this through teams consisting ofvarious technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.
