Job summary

Cooper Standard Automotive in Mexico is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs across production lines.

You will oversee pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems, oversee PLC programming (Allen Bradley), and lead TPM/SMED initiatives while coaching maintenance staff. Ideal candidates bring mechatronics/electromechanics background and hands-on personnel management.

Qualifications

• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Programming PLCs, preferably Allen Bradley.
• Experience with TPM and lean manufacturing techniques.
• Knowledge of SMED and poka-yoke methods.
• Experience in predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Experience in personnel management.
