India in Toluca seeks a skilled professional responsible for TMS execution and maintenance activities. A strong candidate will excel in applying their knowledge of robotics, electricity, and maintenance management to enhance operations.

The role demands proactive problem-solving and a deep understanding of robotic technology, ensuring all activities align with production goals.

Formación

• Intermediate-advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics.
• Advanced handling of RSLogix 5000 and GuardLogix PLCs.
• Knowledge and management of non-new model projects.

Responsabilidades

• Perform TMS execution on his area of responsibility.
• Deliver the JPH / OPE every day.
• Develop the EWO and execute countermeasures.

Responsibilities

Responsible to perform TMS execution on his area of responsibility Autonomous Maintenance and Professional Maintenance activities.

Delivers the JPH / OPE every day, volumen attainment according to his área of responsibility.

Develop the EWO (root cause analysis) and execute countermeasures to eliminate the causes.

Manage the union resources. Only point of contact with union people. Follow and execute Shop Floor Management.

Basic Skills

• Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics.
• ABB, Fanuc, Nachi and COMAU robots.
• ControlNet, EtherNet, DeviceNet, and PILZ communication networks.
• Advanced handling of RSLogix 5000 and GuardLogix PLCs.
• Advanced knowledge of resistance, electric arc, projection, and laser welding.
• Advanced knowledge of Power and Free, Chain- on-Edge, and Inverted Power and Free conveyor systems.
• Advanced knowledge of SCA Schucker and Nordson sealing and adhesive systems.
• GD&T knowledge.
• Knowledge of induction curing systems.
• Knowledge of crimping presses and robotic roller hemming systems.
• Knowledge and management of non-new model projects.
• Maintenance cost management.
• Knowledge of electrical substations. Compressors, cooling towers, and extraction systems.
