Allegion is seeking a dedicated team member to help ensure accurate inventory across the production flow, manage WIP, and support timely receipt, processing and picking for production cells.

You will monitor transactions, uphold internal controls, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment for your team.

• Asegurar el funcionamiento de surtido de materiales al proceso de producción (WIP) en tiempo y forma requeridos.
• Verificar la recepción y transacción de articulos, deacuerdo a los procedimientos estandares internos de operación.
• Cuidar que el desempeño de su equipo de trabajo sea siempre el mejor, y alienta su equipo a la mejora continua.
• Analizar, monitorear y asegurar la veracidad de transacciones de inventario.
• Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los estandares de las operaciones del area
• Desarrollar y mejorar los estandares de trabajo del area
• Asegurar la mejora del departamento y eliminación de desperdicios en el proceso.
• Asegurar un area de trabajo segura para su equipo de trabajo
• Mejorar el nivel de eficiencia del area
• Mantener la veracidad de inventarios y de mantener un flujo continuo de recibo, procesamiento y surtido a las celdas de produccion.
• Cumplir en tiempo y forma con los controles de control interno del area
• Mejorar y medir la eficiencia en todas las areas bajo su cargo
• Desarrollar a su equipo de trabajo y mejorar el nivel de compromiso de su personal
• Monitorear el desempeno de su equipo de trabajo y cubrir sus necesidad de acuerdo al area
