Vestolit, part of Orbia Polymer Solutions, seeks a logistics-focused supervisor to uphold quality, safety, and environmental standards while ensuring inventory readiness and seamless operations across maintenance, warehousing, and asset management. You will coordinate with maintenance and mechanical areas to sustain equipment and process safety.

The role requires a minimum of 1.5 years in similar functions, English at intermediate-advanced level, and a background in logistics or related fields.

Qualificações

• Education: Engineering or Bachelor's degree (Logistics, Chemistry, Electromechanics, Administration, Industrial).
• Desirable: Logistics and Warehouse specialization.
• Desirable: Supervision/HR management specialization.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure quality, safety, environment, and legal requirements are met for our integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45001, PSM).
• Verify staff execution against business plan objectives and KPIs.
• Plan and secure inventory to support scheduled operations.
• Manage SAP system notifications for maintenance, safety and environment to keep assets in top condition.
• Ensure proper operation of mobile handling equipment and load processes with maintenance coordination.
• Maintain warehouse material and service documentation for traceability.
• Promote actions to prevent psychosocial risks and support social wellbeing.
• Assess training needs and performance, ensuring objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Cumplir con los objetivos y responsabilidades de calidad, seguridad, medio ambiente, seguridad en los procesos y requisitos legales aplicables, para cumplir los requisitos de nuestro sistema de gestión integral (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45001, PSM, Industria limpia, SARI, NSF, KOSHER, AAR y STPS), con el objetivo de mantener la certificación de los sistemas.
• Verificar el cumplimiento y desempeño del personal a su cargo para cumplir con los objetivos e indicadores alineado al plan de negocio.
• Implementar acciones y estrategias para contar con los inventarios necesarios para la operación programada, con la finalidad de cumplir con la operación continua.
• Gestionar y dar seguimiento a avisos en sistema SAP para atención a necesidades de mantenimiento a infraestructura, seguridad y medio ambiente, para mantener el estándar del activo en óptimas condiciones.
• Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos móviles y de carga, gestionando avisos por mantenimientos preventivos con el área mecánica.
• Administrar y mantener la documentación de las entradas de materiales y servicios registradas en almacén, para consultas o aclaraciones futuras.
• Promover y dar seguimiento a las acciones establecidas para la prevención de los factores de riesgo psicosociales que impulsen el apoyo social y la difusión de la información
• Detectar e identificar las necesidades de capacitación y desarrollo, evaluar el desempeño y competencias de los integrantes del equipo de trabajo, solventar el cumplimiento de objetivos planificados y dar seguimiento a las acciones establecidas para la prevención de los factores de riesgo psicosociales.

Requirements:

EDUCACIÓN

Mínimum: Ingeniería o licenciatura (Logística, Química, Electromecánica, Administración, Industrial).

Deseable: Taller/Seminario/Diplomado -Especialidad en Logística y Almacén

Taller/Seminario/Diplomado -Especialidad en Supervisión eficaz o Gestión de Rec. Humano

CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS

Conocimiento básico/intermedio de inventarios.

Conocimiento básico/intermedio de manejo de materiales peligrosos.

Conocimiento básico/intermedio de Office/SAP.

Conocimiento básico/intermedio de equipos de maniobras.

Conocimientos de cuentas de gastos y centros de costos.

Conocimiento básico/intermedio de comunicación efectiva/manejo de personal.

EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA

1 año y medio desempeñando funciones similares al puesto.
