You will train new hires, coordinate teams, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement through effective communication and lean manufacturing principles. Strong English communication and leadership skills are required.

Formación

• BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 60% English level, written and oral communication.
• Experience in leadership and team coordination.
• Shift availability for production operations.
