Proman | GPO is a Mexican subsidiary of Proman, a global leader in methanol and ammonia. The Logistics Superintendent reports to the Plant Operations Manager and heads all logistics management for Proman GPO, ensuring a responsive, efficient, and compliant function while mitigating risks.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in logistics with degrees in engineering or logistics management, English B2, and formal certifications in logistics management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Logistics Operations Management.
• Post-graduate qualifications in Logistics Management are valued.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years progressive responsibility in logistics operations.
• Experience in negotiation, administration and management within logistics.

El Superintendente de Logística responde ante el Gerente de Operaciones de Planta de Proman GPO y es el responsable profesional de todos los aspectos de la gestión del área Logística de Proman GPO. El Superintendente de Logística es responsable de mantener y garantizar una función logística que sea receptiva, eficaz, eficiente, precisa, cumpla los requisitos operativos y mitigue los riesgos.

El Superintendente de Logística opera dentro de las políticas de la Empresa para obtener resultados económicos positivos para todas las unidades de negocio sin aumentar el riesgo operativo, normativo o de reputación. Se espera que el Superintendente de Logística cumpla en todo momento el propósito de la estrategia y visión de Proman y se esfuerce por mejorar la cadena de valor de Proman GPO.

The Logistics Superintendent is accountable to the Plant Operations Manager - Proman GPO, and is the professional head for all aspects of the Logistics Management for Proman GPO. The Logistics Superintendent is responsible for maintaining and ensuring a logistics function that is responsive, effective, efficient, accurate, meets operational requirements and mitigates risk.

The Logistics Superintendent operates within the policies of the Company to deliver positive economic outcomes for all Business Units without increasing operational, regulatory or reputational risk. The Logistics Superintendent is expected to deliver on the intent of the Proman Strategy and Vision, at all times, and strive to improve the Proman GPO Value Chain.

FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA

• Inglés B2
• Licenciatura en ingeniería Química, Ingenieri Industrial o Gestión de las operaciones logísticas.
• Se valorarán los títulos de posgrado en Gestión de las operaciones logísticas.
• Un mínimo de quince (15) años de responsabilidad progresiva con resultados cuantificables en negociación, administración y/o gestión de las operaciones logísticas.

CERTIFICACIONES Y LICENCIAS

• Certificado en Gestión de las operaciones logísticas

• Regulaciones Gubernamentales y Estatales de México, Estándares de la Industria, Códigos y Mejores Prácticas en áreas Industriales
• Operaciones, equipos y mantenimiento de plantas de proceso.
• Gestión de proyectos en la industria petroquímica
• Gestión presupuestaria y financiera
• Ley Federal del Trabajo de México
• Leyes Federales de Seguridad en México
