BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. is seeking an on-site finance support specialist in Mexico. The role focuses on processing and tracking invoices, managing accounts payable tasks, and data entry using Excel and the Detecno portal. You will support payment workflows and maintain accurate records.

The position offers exposure to a global manufacturing leader with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to a robust finance function within a large organization.

Formación

• Experience processing invoices and handling accounts payable tasks.
• Proficient with Excel for data entry and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with using the Detecno portal for invoice tracking and submission.

Responsabilidades

• Process and track invoices in the Detecno portal.
• Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and payments.
• Capture payment information and ensure accurate data entry.
