Bombardier Transportation GmbH seeks a Methods Agent, Structures (subassembly area) to define and coordinate manufacturing sequence modifications and provide technical support in the aerospace subassembly area. You will document changes and promote standard practices to maintain design integrity.

The role requires 1–5 years in aerospace manufacturing or automotive product engineering, with catia, SAP, 3DVIA, Excel and Teamcenter experience.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Aeronautics, Industrial, Mechanical or Industrial Administrator.
• 1–5 years in Aerospace Manufacturing or Automotive Product Engineering.
• English level sufficient for basic conversation and reading technical documentation.
• Knowledge of CATIA V5 (or related), SAP, 3DVIA, advanced Excel, Office 365.
• Experience with QMS (Quality Management System), SMS (Safety Management System), Siemens Teamcenter, ISO 9001, QAD.
• Experience with project management, drawing interpretation (including GD&T) and leading problem-solving sessions with different methodologies.
• Desirable knowledge on Power BI and Excel macros programming.
• Desirable experience analyzing manufacturing and quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Define, develop, and coordinate modifications to the manufacturing sequence plan and precedence diagrams based on engineering documentation.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing processes.
• Document and promote modifications, standard practices and lessons learned to ensure product integrity.
• Design methodologies to ensure design requirements in product planning.
• Participate, validate, and provide feedback on production requirements based on site impact analysis.
• Ensure tooling and visual aids functionality in the production line.
• Promote and coordinate production line improvements.
• Analyze data to improve quality processes or line performance.
