We are seeking a Structural Designer to join our dynamic team.

As a Structural Designer at SSOE, you will collaborate with fellow Structural Designers, engineering teams, and Project Managers to develop innovative solutions for intricate and challenging designs, incorporating the latest design methodologies while ensuring adherence to specifications and timely project completion.

Our Structural Designers will be responsible for creating conceptual designs, conducting structural analysis, and producing detailed construction drawings for state-of-the-art industrial and high-tech manufacturing facilities for the world's leading high-tech companies.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software is essential for developing accurate and comprehensive structural drawings.

Responsibilities

The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing.

Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.

• Analyzes sketches, notes and other input materials to determine and plan the best approach to prepare drawings.
• Applies design fundamentals to total systems or sub-systems.
• Works under supervision with work effort occasionally checked during progress and reviewed upon completion.
• Solves design problems but is expected to need assistance.
• May perform routine design calculations for the review of the project engineer / architect and prepares basic layouts.
• May have mínimal external customer contact.
• Able to create pedestal section views.
• Able to select from client details standard installation details (SIDS) know which SIDS need to be included in the package

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering as Civil Engineer
• With one to three (1 - 3) years of related practical experience with former employer(s)
• Advanced english level
• Experience with REVIT or CADD and Structural Engineering software
• Experience with Industrial Projects or related to semiconductors Industry (Structural design)

Other related experience such as designing racks, steel supports, plugins to manufacturing machines, conveyor lines, steel structures, etc.
