Job summary

Charger logistics Inc. in Querétaro, Mexico, is expanding its Treasury team and seeking a motivated Treasury analyst. You will consolidate, analyze, and reconcile cash flows by country, manage funding needs, and support FX and reporting using Power BI/Tableau.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in treasury, strong Excel modeling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in treasury role (minimum).
• Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems
• CTP certification would be asset
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel, modeling techniques and financial analysis
• Liquidity, funding and FX experience in treasury setting
• Experience with automated reporting tools (Tableau)
• Strong analytics, judgement and business knowledge
• Excellent communication across functions and levels

Responsibilities

• Consolidation, analysis and reconciliation of free cash flow by country.
• Strategy analysis and coordination with regional treasury.
• Consolidation, coordination and analysis of funding requirements process.
• Reconciliation of daily cash positions and resolution of discrepancies.
• Analysis of cash positions to determine funding needs and cross funding.
• Manage cash through receipts, disbursements and bank reporting.
• Maintain minimal cash float balances and proper reporting.
• FX daily wire processing, spot trades and swaps.
• Support cash forecasting and variance analysis.
• Produce monthly Global Cash Review and related reporting.
• Review daily cash reporting in Power BI for accuracy of balances, investments and borrowings.
• Assist in Treasury projects and reporting tools exploration.
• Proactively participate in Treasury projects and objectives.
