Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage material flow across North American operations. You will work on Customer & Passthrough or Raw Material Planning tracks, coordinating inbound, warehouse, and supplier activities. Strong SAP and Excel skills, plus 2–3 years in planning, are essential.

You will collaborate with global plants, optimize inventory, and monitor KPIs such as OTIF and backlog. This role offers cross-functional exposure within automotive and industrial segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, materials management, or procurement in manufacturing or distribution.
• Hands-on SAP ERP experience at the transaction level (planning, purchasing, or inventory management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and planning scenario modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable planning decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; communicate professionally during escalation situations.
• Results-oriented with ownership mindset and urgency; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage purchase orders and delivery schedules based on demand and inventory targets.
• Maintain 24+ months of rolling demand visibility in SAP and Kinaxis Maestro for long-range capacity planning.
• Coordinate with plants on allocation priorities, capacity constraints, and changes.
• Monitor inbound order confirmations and resolve mismatches between confirmed and required quantities.
• Maintain planning master data (lead times, MOQs, lot sizes, safety stock, MRP controller assignments).
• Execute and manage MRP runs in SAP to generate planned orders and purchase requisitions.
• Maintain MRP master data and monitor/act on exception messages to align with demand.
