Job summary

Valeo is seeking an Inventory Planner to manage raw materials and components levels, monitor MPS achievement, and set optimal stock targets to ensure material availability for production.

You will plan requirements from S&OP and Master Production Schedule, validate weekly supplier forecasts, and coordinate with ERP and logistics to keep a reliable supply chain, attending meetings and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Follow up the MPS achievement and propose preventive actions regarding material availability to ensure MPS realization.
• Define and lead actions connected with inventory reductions with component families.
• Measure the Supplier Service Rate – SSR - for each supplier; propose action plans to improve the service level; follow up and report inventory levels daily.
