Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5–7+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, PM, Product Development or Engineering.
• Experience with suppliers and cross-functional teams in manufacturing or product development.
• Experience with plastic components, injection molded parts, or related processes.
• Strong project management, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and cross-functional initiatives from concept to production.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies: supplier selection, qualification, negotiations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality and suppliers on improvements.
• Manage timelines, risks, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Build business cases focusing on cost, quality and manufacturability improvements.
