Cotiviti is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead procurement efforts across IT, software, hardware, and professional services. You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate favorable terms, and manage contracts from drafting to execution in partnership with Legal and Compliance.

Reporting to a Director within SVS, you will drive supplier performance reviews, mitigate supply chain risks, and build strong cross-functional relationships with HR, Finance, and Security to meet business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, preferably business administration.
• 5–7 years contracting IT or professional services vendors.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Coupa or other P2P systems.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Clarify and document Cotiviti business requirements for vendor partnerships.
• Drive strategic sourcing and complete contracts.
• Implement sourcing strategies across IT, software, hardware, and services.
• Negotiate terms and pricing and manage contract timelines.
• Support renewals and amendments while ensuring policy compliance.
