SGI Global LLC in Mexico City seeks a fluent English-speaking Program Advisor for Counter Cartel Recruitment to support INL programs. You will conduct research, advise INL leadership, and develop actionable policy recommendations addressing organized crime and recruitment dynamics.

The role requires field-based experience, engagement with government and international partners, and the ability to translate research into public policy and programmatic interventions.

Qualifications

• PhD in Sociology, Political Science, Social Sciences, Criminology, Public Policy, IR, Human Rights, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Advises INL and conducts research on criminal recruitment and organized crime dynamics.
• Supports development and implementation of activities across the recruitment continuum.
• Provides technical advice for policies, protocols, and operational frameworks.
