Job summary

Vibracoustic Toluca S.A. de C.V. is seeking a logistics-oriented professional to manage material planning, inventory, and supplier coordination to support timely production and shipping.

In this temporal role, you will collaborate with master schedulers, warehouses, and carriers, maintain strong English communication with customers, and drive on-time delivery across the supply chain.

Fluent English is required and experience in import processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in material planning, inventory, supplier management, customer management, traffic and import process.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Follow up critical items with the master scheduler to ensure on-time production meeting shipping schedule.
• Coordinate with finished goods warehouse pre-shipments and shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• OTD follow up on a daily basis.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and meet every customer requirement.
• Follow up on customer concerns involving additional departments when necessary.
• Material planning, inventory management and control.
• Monitor and control transactions with traffic responsible and with brokers or carriers to ensure completion of processes on time.
