Formación

• Advanced English-speaking level is required.
• Experience in direct purchasing.
• Experience in CDS.

Responsabilidades

• Plan the purchasing of assigned direct material and issue orders specifying all terms and conditions.
• Track the delivery of all items and keep order dates accurate in the system.
• Place purchase orders and expedite delivery of materials to assure receipt.
• Maintain purchasing and planning ERP order parameters.
• Establish professional relationships with suppliers.
• Schedule agreements execution and data governance maintenance.
• Assure that problems relating to delivery, pricing and invoicing are promptly conveyed to the vendor.
• Resolve price discrepancies.
