This role involves strategic leadership in business development and managing partnerships to enhance profitability. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in pharma/biotech, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in team leadership. The position requires the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex contracts. This role will be office-based in Mexico City, requiring onsite work a few days per week.

Formación

• 5–10 years of direct commercial experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in deal-making and licensing agreements.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee market research and competitive analysis.
• Facilitate effective communication with partners.
• Direct and mentor negotiations for agreements.
