Kautex is seeking a Materials Planner in Puebla, Mexico. You will establish and maintain supply chain systems to support current and future production, while optimizing equipment and implementing continuous improvement actions.

You’ll handle client demand planning and monitor QMS requirements with a strong focus on efficiency and cost savings. Role requires Industrial/Logistics Engineering background and advanced English; graduates within a year are welcome.

Formación

• Advanced English required.
• No more than 1 year since recent graduation.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain supply chain systems to support production needs.
• Support optimization of manufacturing equipment via continuous improvement tools.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions in supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including government relationships.
• Initiate and adjust production programs based on information and maintain efficiency.
• Achieve financial results through inventory management and cost savings projects.
• Interface with clients (VW, Audi, Ford, Nissan, Infiniti, Stellantis, Mercedes, Mazda, BMW, GM) on demand and delivery planning.
• Monitor customer portals and QMS-related requirements; escalate issues as needed.
• Use customer portals to respond to non-conformities and prevent recurrence.
• Send releases to suppliers weekly based on customer demand.
• Work with inventory policies to optimize stock levels and avoid overstock/line stoppages.
• Monitor freight budgets for suppliers under your charge.
