Caterpillar is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to plan, schedule, and coordinate material flow to support production. You will ensure timely availability, accurate data, and cross-functional problem solving to maintain KPI targets at the Santa Maria Site.

The role requires strong English, Excel/ERP skills, and the ability to communicate with suppliers and internal teams. Monday–Friday onsite; sponsorship not available; relocation assistance not provided.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Relations or any supply chain field.
• Advanced English written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Excel data analysis.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with suppliers and teams.
• Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen methodologies and Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze production plan and inventory levels to ensure material availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Ensure on-time shipping with supply base to production plants.
• Monitor stock levels and KPI trends to optimize inventory.
• Maintain data integrity and fix system issues affecting output.
• Escalate material risks and propose data-driven solutions.
