Job summary

Milwaukee LATAM is seeking a Material Planner in Torreón to ensure timely availability of materials for production. You will coordinate planning, inventory control, supplier follow-up, and demand forecasting to maintain continuity and optimize stock levels.

The role requires 1–3 years of material planning experience, strong English, and proficiency with ERP/MRP and MS Office in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, supply chain, or logistics.
• Advanced English proficiency; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of MRP; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan material requirements based on production demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain on-time delivery performance.
• Analyze demand trends and forecast material needs.
• Identify and mitigate material shortages and supply risks.
• Support inventory optimization initiatives.
• Maintain accurate planning parameters in ERP/MRP systems.
