Flowserve is seeking a Master Scheduler to create and maintain a comprehensive facility production schedule that aligns with KPIs and delivers exceptional customer experience. You will work with purchasing and production teams to ensure material and resource availability to meet targets and deadlines.

You will monitor capacity, coordinate outsourcing when needed, and track daily work orders to maintain on-time delivery. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Formación

• Proficient with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Oracle ERP or similar systems preferred.
• APICS CPIM certification is a plus.
• BS/BA degree in a relevant field with 5–7 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain a comprehensive production schedule aligned with KPIs and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with purchasing and production to ensure materials and resources meet targets and deadlines.
• Monitor capacity and determine outsourcing needs while controlling costs.
• Track daily work orders and adjust plans to meet delivery commitments.
• Communicate job status with internal teams and customers, including timelines and risks.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and participate in process improvement programs.
