A financial technology company is seeking a candidate to evaluate M&A opportunities, collaborate with stakeholders on execution, and support the Strategic Finance team. The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience in finance and demonstrate excellent analytical skills and fluency in English. This role requires a self-starter mentality, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing reports, and supporting equity and debt capital raising efforts.

Formación

• Relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, high-growth start-up, or public tech company.
• Successful closure of M&A transactions or capital raising.
• Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate inbound M&A opportunities and reach out to potential targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on M&A project execution.
• Perform analyses to support expansion into new products.
