Citi in León, Mexico is seeking an Investment Sales Officer to support institutional clients with investment strategies and portfolio alignment. The role involves applying market knowledge and analytical skills to optimize asset mixes and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in investment roles, a bachelor’s degree, and a Figura AMIB 3 certification. The position is full-time and on-site, with opportunities to contribute to revenue goals and client solutions.

Formación

• 2-5 years relevant experience in investment related areas.
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Figura AMIB 3 certification is indispensable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures the correct implementation and monitoring of the institutional investment strategy, standardizing the performance in all the offices of the Division
• Manages the most appropriate mix of investment assets, customer view and business view; monitoring of investment portfolios
• Promotes risk prevention / control environment
• Provides training for bankers / holders
• Assists the development and management of business plans in coordination with the business management
• Monitors and assists in meeting the revenue goal of the Division
• Proposes investment ideas according to market conditions and institutional vision
• Takes care of the correct alignment of the profile of each client and their investments
• Maintains a total attachment to "Sales Practices" and "RDIP"
• Coordinates of public and private placements
• Presents to clients
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
