Rockwell Automation is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst in Nuevo León, Mexico. You will develop strategies to meet inventory targets, lead safety stock and reorder point adjustments, and drive reductions in blocked stock while ensuring expense alignment with monthly budgets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or supply chain, fluency in English (85%), and at least 5 years in a similar role with SAP experience.

• Bachelor degree in Administration, Engineering, supply chain or related field.
• Proficiency in English is required (minimum 85%).
• At least 5 years in a similar inventory/ Planning role with SAP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develops strategies to achieve inventory targets through cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicates inventory status and plans to leadership and internal teams.
• Leads parameter adjustments such as safety stocks and reorder points.
• Drives reduction of blocked or excess inventory.
• Ensures alignment of material expenses with monthly budgets.
• Supports documentation, processes, and system reviews.
