Formación

• 5-8 years of HR experience (generalist/specialist) or equivalent.
• Successful track record of performance in a Plant HR Manager role.
• First line supervision/experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prioritize talent requirements to meet operational objectives.
• Deploy performance management and rewards processes to drive accountability.
• Collaborate with HR management to standardize HR services across divisions.
