Candidates should possess 5-10 years of Banking or Security experience, fluency in both Spanish and English, and strong project management skills. Formación

• 5-10 years of Banking/Security experience.
• Exposure to Governance & Policy, Project Management, and Communications.
• Expert knowledge of CF processes and methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance, policy, and strategy development.
• Champion a customer-focused culture.
• Conduct gap analysis of policies and procedures.
• Provide operational support to the Senior Leadership Team.
