HP’s Applied AI team seeks a Data Scientist to advance AI/ML adoption in HP’s Commercial Organization. You will shape how to solve business problems with data science, collaborating with global teams and deploying GenAI and ML solutions that drive productivity and innovation.

You will work on GenAI architectures, RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and enterprise platforms like Azure and Databricks, ensuring scalable, compliant deployments and tangible business impact.

Formación

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience deploying ML/GenAI in a business context.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and model development.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure services, and GenAI architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate GenAI & ML adoption within HP’s Commercial Organization.
• Collaborate to validate backlog priorities and assess feasibility.
• End-to-end solution delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Design and build predictive ML models and GenAI solutions.
• Architect and implement RAG systems and fine-tune LLMs.
• Monitor model performance and translate insights to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and foster innovation.
• Stay updated with GenAI/ML research and enterprise tools.
