Job summary

EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise GCP cloud infrastructure and pipeline initiatives. You will drive planning, execution, and stakeholder visibility across time zones, coordinating engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver reliable, scalable results.

The role emphasizes DevOps, IaC, and cloud migration with Terraform, strong risk management, and executive-ready updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical program management in cloud or infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across time zones.
• Strong planning across scope, schedule, dependencies and resources.
• Proficient with GCP concepts and services.
• DevOps and CI/CD knowledge; Terraform experience helpful.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning for GCP infrastructure and cloud pipeline initiatives.
• Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver objectives on time.
• Manage schedules, resources, and delivery plans with changing constraints.
• Drive risk, issue, and dependency management with clear mitigations.
• Oversee infrastructure rollout readiness to meet reliability and quality goals.
• Communicate program status and next steps to stakeholders regularly.
• Facilitate cross-time-zone collaboration and PST-aligned activities as needed.
• Ensure delivery governance and IaC execution aligned with goals.
• Support continuous improvement of program processes to increase throughput.
