Vertiv Co is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist / Financial Business Partner in Santa Catarina, Mexico. The role focuses on material cost management, profitability analysis, and collaboration with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations to drive cost efficiency and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in finance within manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Cost Accounting, Operations Finance or Manufacturing Finance.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead material cost analysis and profitability drivers.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering and Operations on cost reduction opportunities.
• Analyze PPV, material usage variances, scrap, and manufacturing cost variances; provide actionable recommendations.
• Support margin improvement through product cost analysis and financial modeling.
• Monitor standard costs and lead annual updates for new products/material costs.
• Act as finance lead for inventory analysis and working capital optimization.
• Provide financial insights to plant leadership and translate results into actionable business decisions.
