HP is seeking a Digital Finance Senior Analyst in Mexico to lead cross-functional finance initiatives, conduct complex financial analysis, and guide process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decisions and represents the business unit as needed.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee analysts across sub-functions within finance, and help design and implement forecasting processes while strengthening internal controls and KPIs

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in business, economics, finance, or related field.
• Typically 7–10 years of work experience in financial management, auditing, accounting, or related area.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and/or provides expertise to cross-functional finance project teams.
• Performs complex financial analysis to support business objectives.
• Drives process improvements and policy development.
• Mentors lower-level employees and oversees analysts across finance sub-functions.
• Represents the business unit in cross-regional planning processes.
