Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, seeks a Demand Planner to generate and manage the global demand signal for downstream supply chain processes. You will manage the SAP APO Demand Planning cycle, drive continuous improvement, and support data-driven decisions across business units.

You will report to the Demand Planning Center of Excellence within Materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize forecasting, inventory, and replenishment strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with a supply chain/operations focus (or similar).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain related roles.
• Proficiency in forecasting methods and understanding of financial/operational impact.
• Ability to break down complex data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Manage quantitative forecast elements by analyzing product demand patterns, trends, and seasonality to select statistical models and parameters.
• Guide collaboration to obtain relevant data and insights on demand.
• Contribute to new product planning initial forecast estimates; monitor market response.
• Manage discontinued items and coordinate smooth phase-out.
• Monitor performance indicators and perform post-period analysis to identify error drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Lead demand planning consensus with management on assumptions, analysis, and decisions.
• Prepare and maintain reports; provide data and decision support analyses to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with peers to implement solutions for continuous improvement in demand planning.
• Provide input to supply counterparts on inventory levels and stocking decisions.
• Serve as the demand expert for assigned products in cross-functional initiatives.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Supply Chain or Operations Management focus
