Job summary

Essity Higiene y Salud México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to ensure goods availability from factory to customers and to manage forecast and demand for key customers.

The role focuses on coordinating inbound/outbound flows, maintaining stock levels, and driving KPI-driven improvements across the supply chain. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales to address stockouts, optimize costs, and support monthly S&OP with a strong emphasis on Excel and SAP

Qualifications

• Experience in CPFR, logistics, forecasting, or demand planning, ideally working with major retailers.
• Strong Excel skills, including macros and automation.
• Solid understanding of KPIs, customer processes, and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP and demand planning processes is a plus.
• Intermediate English or above.
• Analytical, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates inbound/outbound flows to/from the warehouses delivering the local market.
• Ensures goods availability for customer orders and targets stock levels in coordination with Supply Chain.
• Coordinates information and actions with Customer Service and Supply Chain in case of out of stocks.
• Monitors warehousing and transport performance via KPI reviews and inventories.
• Analyzes service complaints and ensures corrective actions are implemented.
• Supports tenders and negotiations, conducts studies & cost analysis where delegated.
• Establishes monthly distribution costs and accruals with controllers.
• Checks invoices and maintains master data and shipment costing in SAP.
• Ensures procedures for article phase in/out, stocks & flows with business partners and for invoice control.
• Maintains data in SAP Demand Planning (baseline, promotions, PIPO, horizons).
• Analyzes forecasting performance and KPIs; supports monthly Demand S&OP with sales/marketing and Supply Chain.
