Accenture Construct is seeking a cost management professional to lead cost estimation, value engineering and lifecycle costing for complex programs. You will identify risks, participate in pre-contract activities, and support procurement and leases while collaborating with project teams across multi-disciplinary groups.

The role offers flexibility with remote and onsite work options and requires a strong background in cost management for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cost/construction fields.
• 4+ years of cost management experience.
• Strong understanding of cost management processes (cost reports, change orders, cash flows).
• Proficiency in CostX to produce estimates and bills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans and benchmarking reports.
• Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options.
• Identify risks and support risk registers; contribute to pre-contract and procurement.
• Attend client and design team meetings; advise on cost implications; capture actions.
• Assist with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports and development appraisals.
• Contribute to project templates and draft qualification questionnaires.
