Daimler Truck AG is seeking a procurement professional to support sourcing activities, supplier communications, and commercial discussions for assigned commodities. You will manage RFQs, quote analyses, contract administration, and implement procurement agreements in alignment with corporate guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Support sourcing activities and commercial discussions with suppliers, including RFQs, quote analysis, contract administration, and implementation of commercial agreements for assigned commodities.
• Maintain day-to-day supplier relationships and support issue resolution related to pricing, delivery, questions, and procurement processes.
• Monitor supplier performance, track open actions, and support cost savings and productivity initiatives.
• Support cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure successful execution of sourcing activities.
• Prepare reports, analyze purchasing data, maintain procurement documentation, and support management reviews and sourcing decisions.
• Support supplier onboarding, sourcing projects, and procurement process compliance in accordance with DTNA and corporate purchasing guidelines.

Objective of the position:

Support sourcing and procurement activities for assigned commodities by managing supplier communications, supporting negotiations, executing purchasing processes, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures to support DTNA business objectives.

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):

• Preferred experience/knowledge of automotive industry
• Experience supporting RFQs, supplier quotations and commercial discussions is preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications preferred. markets and related raw material pricing.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Operations, Project Management, Commercial, or related functions.
• Spanish Level: C1
• English level: B2
