A leading medical device company is seeking an Account Manager to support their team with a focus on Mexico-based accounts. The role involves building relationships with key customers and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer management processes. This remote-eligible position requires strong account management skills and the ability to negotiate and oversee commercial strategies. Preferred candidates will have significant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Formación

  • 3+ years of customer account management experience or 5+ years of account management experience.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to support customer needs.
  • Ability to manage time, set clear priorities, and deliver strong results.

Responsabilidades

  • Function as the point of contact for commercial customers, lead customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement account plans with SCBU leaders.
  • Manage commercial pricing strategies and compliance.
  • Conduct regular business account reviews with customers.
  • Oversee engagement in negotiations and contract renewals.
