A leadership development company in Xico, Veracruz, is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Account Management. This role requires strong leadership and business skills to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage account plans, lead a team of Program Directors, and foster innovation. A Bachelor's degree, extensive security industry experience, and a CPP designation are valued. This position offers a significant opportunity to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in a field related to the security industry and/or business management.
  • Progressively responsible experience in the security industry, including supervisory experience.
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation desirable.

Vice President of Strategic Account Management

We are seeking an experienced Vice President to lead our strategic account management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving exceptional service delivery, account leadership, and fostering innovation across global and regional markets. This is a key role in our organization, requiring strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to build strategic partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing account plans that align with client objectives and company priorities.
  • Leading a team of Program Directors to deliver high-quality service and achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the account management team.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including quarterly business reviews and proactive management of security operations.
  • Identifying and scaling best practices across the portfolio, introducing value-added services and innovative solutions to enhance client outcomes and relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a field related to the security industry and/or business management.
  • Substantial, progressively responsible experience in the security industry, including supervisory experience.
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation desirable.
