Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, seeks an Analytical Specialist to support quality programs in Mexicali. You will analyze chemical, biological or microbiological products and materials, ensuring adherence to specifications and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include developing validated methods, performing tests with advanced instrumentation, and collaborating with R&D and manufacturing to implement improvements while keeping patient welfare at the forefront.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical or chemical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in medical device industry with regulatory and quality system knowledge.
• Sterilization methods knowledge: EtO and radiation.
• Microbiological testing and sterility methods experience.
• Knowledge of EO Biological Indicators and validation.
• ISO 14644, 14698, 11135, 11137 familiarity.
• Cleanroom technology and airflow balancing experience.
• Advanced English for technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes chemical, biological or microbiological products and materials for quality support.
• Prepares, cleans, disinfects, and sterilizes instruments and supplies.
• Follows protocols to clean, store, and deliver products and instruments.
• Interprets analyses, ensures accuracy against specs, recommends corrective actions.
• Develops, validates, and implements controlled environment methods.
• Applies existing methods and develops modifications to improve efficiency.
• Performs qualitative and quantitative tests using standard and modern equipment.
• May assist in transferring methodology from R&D.
