This role combines hands-on coding with strategic direction, mentoring engineers, leading cross‑team initiatives, and delivering large‑scale features for a cloud HR platform.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of leading significant technical initiatives.
