NVIDIA is seeking an outstanding Staff Engineer to lead Datacenter Board and Module manufacturing at the Guadalajara, Mexico plant. The role focuses on aligning global engineering with CM partners to ensure successful NPI ramps and high-volume production.

You will act as the on-site manufacturing technical lead for Datacenter Board products, driving factory readiness, issue resolution, and data-driven improvements across the product lifecycle.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a technical field is preferred.
• 8+ years in product, manufacturing, or operations engineering supporting NPI and high-volume production.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as on-site technical lead for Datacenter Board products in Guadalajara, MX.
• Own NPI readiness, factory qualification, and transitions to mass production.
• Provide hands-on factory support to resolve manufacturing issues quickly.
• Lead root-cause analysis for manufacturing, yield, reliability and test challenges.
• Analyze data and benchmarks to drive corrective actions and risk mitigation.
• Drive readiness reviews and cross-functional meetings with global teams and CM partners.
• Provide leadership through dashboards, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
