Canonical is seeking a Staff-Level Software Engineer to work on authorization and access management for its enterprise products. This fully remote role involves collaboration with a distributed team and the creation of clean APIs using Go and Python. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Canonical's success while traveling 2-4 times a year for team conferences.

Formación

• Staff-level or experienced senior software engineer with specific experience building identity and access management products.
• Familiar with open source software and standards in the identity space.
• Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate proactively with a distributed team on technical efforts.
• Write clean web service APIs using Go and Python.
• Review code produced by other engineers and help set quality standards.
• Create and enhance management, authentication, and authorization API endpoints.
