You will mentor teams, define strategic direction, and collaborate with senior leadership across the organization to deliver data-driven value at scale.

The role involves shaping architectural standards, enabling advanced analytics, and driving the development of AI-powered capabilities within JLL Technologies.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and Big Data development.
• Experience architecting enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Proficient in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and data services.
• Strong background in data modeling and architecture.
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle and MLOps.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define enterprise data platform strategy and governance.
• Architect data integration for structured and unstructured sources.
• Lead ML platform development, MLOps, and governance at scale.
• Design semantic layers, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.
• Collaborate with execs, product, and engineering to align roadmaps.
• Mentor and grow data engineers across levels.
• Drive adoption of emerging data technologies and best practices.
