A leading financial technology company in Mexico City is looking for a Staff Mobile Engineer to enhance and develop their mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and mentor fellow engineers. Ideal candidates have at least 7 years of experience in mobile development and strong proficiency in Kotlin, with knowledge of Android and iOS architectures. Formación

• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in mobile development.
• At least 2 years of experience mentoring engineers.
• Familiarity with iOS development is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement product features to enhance customer experience.
• Architect mobile infrastructure for scalability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API design.
• Lead engineering best practices and code quality standards.
• Mentor the mobile engineering team.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in Kotlin

Mentoring experience

Android application architecture

Understanding of MVVM, MVC, MVP

Experience in mobile development

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
