Job summary

Delima Marsh is seeking a Senior Analyst - Systems Administration to join our Mexico City based Systems Administration team. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office, and focuses on implementing and supporting core technical services and applications for NERA and Actuarial projects.

You will lead small to mid-size projects, analyze trends, mentor teammates, manage technology assets, and provide escalation support to Help Desk and local teams while collaborating

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Windows Server Administration experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting of Windows PC OS and hardware.
• Practical LAN/WAN networking knowledge.
• Experience with Active Directory sites, services, trusts and replication.
• Proficiency with M365 core apps and AD management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.

Senior Analyst - Systems Administration

As a Senior Analyst - Systems Administration, you will focus on implementing and supporting core technical services and applications. You will contribute to NERA and Actuarial projects, participate in broader OWG and Marsh initiatives, and be responsible for problem-solving, knowledge creation, and developing repeatable processes. You will serve as the escalation point for non-standard issues and incidents and support Help Desk and local support teams as needed.

What you need to have:

• Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or Mobile Application Development.
• 4+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows PC OS and hardware troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of LAN/WAN networking.
• Experience managing Active Directory objects, including sites and services, trusts, replication, DFS, and core AD functions.
• Experience with back-end enterprise application installation, management, and support on distributed networks.
• Proficiency with M365 core applications, NTFS permissions management, and Windows server configuration and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
