A global medical technology leader is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Project Specialist in Tijuana, Baja California. In this role, you will be a key member of Medtronic’s center‑led Indirect Supply Management (ISM) team and will report to the ISM Ops Network leader. This is a global project‑based role that allows you to partner with stakeholders across many functions, regions, and businesses to drive value. You will be assigned specific manufacturing sites and have direct responsibility for identifying, initiating, and executing improvement projects that reduce spend and generate value within indirect categories. You will partner with the center‑led category management teams to implement pan‑Medtronic procurement strategies and provide critical input to drive future strategies. The best candidate will possess an intrinsic drive to make a difference not only in the indirect category space but for Medtronic overall and the patients we serve. The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
