JOB TITLE : Sr.

Sourcing Manager

Summary

We design, develop, and manufacture the most innovative SPA products in the market.

To achieve this, we rely on talented individuals to drive operational excellence and foster continuous growth.

As a Sourcing Manager, you play a decisive role.

Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with diverse stakeholders, including Sales, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Production, Accounting, and Research & Development.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Define and / or improve supply chain strategies and policies to enable the organization to achieve its objectives;
  • Oversees the integration of strategies, organizational processes, and human resources within the sourcing function.
  • Provide summarized information to different groups in the organization about the material cost trend in the market and possible impact to our business.
  • Determine and present annual budget for material cost, consumable supplies and subcontracting.
  • Responsible for purchasing and subcontracting negotiations to reach the optimum total cost of ownership.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with key suppliers to maximize value in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Participate in supplier selection activities with the R&D and Quality teams to select the best partners to support the company.
  • Propose, develop and implement procurement strategies and tools (EDI, VMI, SRM, Advance Planning, etc.).
  • Lead strategic procurement projects oriented for Material Cost Reduction and / or qualification of alternative & better materials.
  • Lead the Raw Material Strategy to improve year over year inventory turns.
  • Provide leadership, analytical and tactical support in establishing current and future material costs.
  • Other activities related to the position.
