Solutions Architect para el sector público en la Ciudad de México. Serás el asesor técnico principal, guiando a clientes y socios en estrategias de adopción de la nube y migración de cargas de trabajo. Serás responsable de diseñar soluciones end-to-end, balanceando rendimiento, seguridad y costos. Colaborarás con equipos de ventas, servicios profesionales y ingeniería, y compartirás contenido técnico en eventos y presentaciones.

Formación

• 8+ años de experiencia en áreas tecnológicas como software/cloud/infraestructura.
• 3+ años diseñando o implementando soluciones para aplicaciones e infraestructuras.
• 10+ años de desarrollo o implementación en software o Internet.

Responsabilidades

• Asesor técnico de confianza para clientes, influyendo en su estrategia de adopción de la nube.
• Liderar el diseño de soluciones de end-to-end para cargas complejas.
• Colaborar con ventas, servicios profesionales, soporte e ingeniería para soluciones integrales.
• Desarrollar contenido técnico (referencia arquitecturas, patrones de diseño, presentaciones) y representar a AWS en eventos y reuniones con clientes.
• Mentorizar a otros Solutions Architects e impulsar mejoras de producto basadas en feedback del cliente.
• Este rol es dentro de la organización de México y trabajarás con clientes del sector público.

Our Solutions Architects team is seeking candidates to join our AWS team with a variety of skills to help shape and deliver on our cloud strategy for our global customers and partners. As a solutions architect, you will be on the front line of helping customers succeed using AWS technologies, linking technology with measurable business value for organizations ranging from start-ups to large, enterprise customers. You will be a trusted customer advocate, helping our partners understand advanced cloud-based solutions and how to migrate existing workloads to the cloud.

Key job responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, building relationships with senior stakeholders to influence their cloud adoption strategy and technology direction
• Lead end-to-end solution design for complex workloads, making architectural trade-offs across performance, reliability, security, and cost
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, professional services, support, and engineering teams to deliver comprehensive technical solutions aligned to customer business outcomes
• Develop and deliver technical content (reference architectures, design patterns, presentations) and represent AWS as a thought leader at industry events and customer engagements
• Mentor and develop other Solutions Architects while translating customer feedback into actionable product and service improvement recommendations
• This role is within the Mexico organization and you would be working with Public Sector customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
• Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base and industry verticals
• Experience working with end user or developer communities
• Experience architecting infrastructure solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows with specific recommendations on server, load balancing, HA/DR, & storage architectures
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private
• Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries
