Formación

Ansell is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Queretaro!

The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full life-cycle recruitment process. The Specialist will assist in meeting hiring deadlines and providing a great candidate experience.

What your role will be?
  • Manage all candidate administration within LAC (as assigned).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience, responding promptly to queries and providing a clear, professional, and service-orientated approach.
  • Participate in intake meetings to launch each recruitment, define interview panel.
  • Enter requisitions, route for approvals, post jobs to internal/external job boards.
  • Review all incoming applicants and sharing qualified candidates with manager(s) to identify those to screen.
  • Screen candidates to assess cultural fit and basic technical capabilities.
  • Source passive candidates through external resources (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Present candidates to hiring manager(s).
  • Organize and manage candidate interviews including scheduling and preparing interviewer and candidates.
  • Document and store all interview and assessment feedback.
  • Negotiate offers and create offer letters to be sent to the selected candidate.
  • Submit relevant information for background screening process.
  • Track metrics for dashboard reporting.
Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Updating and maintaining of the monthly recruitment dashboard.
  • Advance or reject all candidates throughout the process.
  • Phone screening, candidate submission write-ups, interview scheduling, debrief and offer processing.
  • Prepare and discuss remuneration package with C&B and recruitment manager and getting necessary approval.
  • Data Management & submitting relevant information for pre-employment screening activities.
  • Respond to external candidate inquiries.
  • Production of weekly and quarterly reporting.
  • Support local and regional recruitment events/programs.
  • Coordinate pre-meeting preparation.
  • Achieving personal Recruitment Targets.

Education
  • Degree in Human Resources or similar field.
Job Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Recruiting capacity.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
  • Evidence of analytical and reporting creation and validation.
  • End-to-end recruitment process experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience of working in recruitment/HR industry on supplier or client side.
  • Relevant employment legislation.
  • Understanding of Client structure and key contacts.
  • Relationship management; ability to build and maintain relationships at operational level.
  • Analyze and extract data, highly numerate.
  • Prioritizing and time management.
  • Computer literate (Intermediate MS-Office skills).
  • Assertiveness; handling conflict.
  • Adapting communication styles; written and verbal.
  • Business standard English, working proficiency in Spanish & Portuguese.
